Each project carried out by the workshop is entirely custom-designed. This product corresponds exclusively to the personalized quote you received following our discussions.
By validating this order, you confirm your wish to have this creation made according to the characteristics agreed upon together (design, dimensions, precious metal, any stones, finishes, and customizations).
The displayed price corresponds solely to the amount of your personalized quote. After your order is confirmed, manufacturing begins according to the timeframe indicated during our discussions.

How to pay in installments?
- Payment is made in cash and confirms the start of production of your project. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal 4x interest-free* or Klarna* (*subject to eligibility according to their criteria).
- The amount indicated on this product sheet will be customized according to the quote you have previously validated and signed. You can only proceed with payment once I have sent and validated this payment link corresponding to your project.
1 - If you choose to pay for your order in installments, the payment is still considered cash for the workshop. The total amount indicated on the quote is due; only its payment is spread out by the payment provider, according to the terms you accept when validating your order on ludabijouxfr.
2 - Subject to the validation of your installment payment request by the relevant organization, the latter will handle the staggering of payments in accordance with its own conditions. Your project can then be put into production, and your creation will be shipped according to the terms indicated in the FAQ, available right here.

The jewelry is made, optionally, from:
- 925 sterling silver (92.5% purity).

- 750/1000 gold (18 carats), rose, white or yellow.

Delivery
- Custom project: 2 to 6 weeks for production, then shipped within 1 to 4 business days.
- Secure delivery via Colissimo, with tracking number sent by email upon shipment (remember to check your spam folder).
