Once your request has been received, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your products. If the right of withdrawal is exercised under the aforementioned conditions, Luda Bijoux will refund the customer all amounts paid for the returned products, including initial delivery charges (excluding return shipping costs), within fourteen (14) days following notification of the decision to withdraw.

This refund may be deferred until the products are actually received or until the customer provides proof of their reshipment, the date taken being the earlier of these two events.
