This package is exclusively for size adjustments on custom-made jewelry ordered through the online store.

It allows for the adjustment of a ring or bracelet when the size initially chosen during the order does not match the customer's finger or wrist size due to a measurement error at the time of purchase.

The customer is invited to follow the indicated steps, with the terms specified in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (Article 6.3 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal).

The package can also be used when the jewelry no longer fits the customer's morphology after an extended period, due to natural changes in measurements over time.

The package includes:

Analysis of your request and adjustment of the jewelry within the limits of its technical feasibility. Photographs of the jewelry may be requested beforehand to assess the necessary intervention and confirm its feasibility.
The resizing performed in the Luda Bijoux workshop
Finishing and polishing if necessary to preserve the aesthetic appeal of the piece

Shipping costs to the workshop are the responsibility of the customer. The return of the jewelry is included in the package price and will be sent to a relay point located near the customer's home, determined during our exchanges or near the address provided during the order.

After purchasing the package, the customer will receive a summary email containing all the necessary instructions for securely sending their jewelry.

Please specify the desired size for your ring or bracelet when placing your order. This size should have been verified beforehand using one of the recommended methods in the size guide or by a professional jeweler.

Please ensure the accuracy of this measurement before requesting any resizing. In case of an error in the information provided, a new intervention may not be technically feasible, or may require additional work resulting in additional costs. In some cases, the request may be refused, especially if a first resizing has already been carried out on the jewelry or if the requested modification poses a risk to its integrity.

Only Luda Bijoux jewelry can be serviced under this provision.
